We found some absolutely divine dried strawberries and just had to develop a new flavor of biscotti to showcase them! Strawberry Shortcake biscotti is the heavenly combination of delicious dried strawberries, cream cheese, strawberry and vanilla flavorings, and drizzled with strawberry white chocolate icing. Extraordinarily YUMMY!
