| How do I place an order for Peggy's Biscotti? | | You may place your biscotti order several different ways. You can order directly on Peggy's Biscotti website by clicking on the categories on the left hand side of the screen. There are categories for biscotti gifts, mini biscotti, biscotti sold by the dozen, biscotti sold in an 8 piece bag, biscotti sold individually, or wholesale biscotti. Click on the category that you want and then click on the description for the biscotti that you wish to order.
Or you are welcome to email your order to Peggy by contacting her at either sales@peggysbiscotti.com or moose3@netins.net. Peggy or one of her staff will enter your order and email or call you back with the total. You are also welcome to call us at (712) 873-5530 to place your order. We're always happy to answer questions and assist you with your order.
| | How are Peggy's Biscotti shipped? | | Peggy's Biscotti currently uses FedEx for shipments of biscotti. You can choose FedEx Ground Service, FedEx Ground Home Delivery, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air, and FedEx Overnight shipping.
If you wish to ship to a P.O. Box or prefer to utilize USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post services we will honor your request. Please email Peggy's Biscotti at sales@peggysbiscotti.com or call us at (712) 873-5530 and we can enter your order for you. | | How quickly will my biscotti order be filled? | | Our premium gourmet biscotti is hand made and hand-wrapped. We complete orders as we receive them. Once your order is received we are normally able to complete and ship it within 2 to 3 business days (received by customer in 3 to 7 business days). If we are unable to fill your order within that time frame we will email or phone you to let you know.
Large orders (more than 10 dozen biscotti or more), or special requests will require more lead time (7 to 10 days). We use packing peanuts and bubble wrap to cushion your order so that you receive it in the best condition possible. We also tape each box well so that the box ends will not open up during shipping. |
