WHAT WE DO
Peggy's Biscotti offers 37 unique, delicious flavors of biscotti. The recipes I use are my own---I have developed them myself and take great pride in each batch of Biscotti that I bake.
HOW it ALL BEGAN
Peggy's Homemade Biscotti began as Peggy's Homemade Bread in October of 1996. I began baking bread, cookies, biscotti, and rolls as a way to stay at home with our newborn daughter and make a little extra money. After our second daughter was born in January 1999, I decided to suspend the business for awhile to concentrate on raising two little girls (and a husband :-) My customers kept asking me if I would ever consider baking again, especially biscotti. I started baking biscotti again in March, 2000 and have received numerous orders (and much praise from my customers).
WHAT SETS MY BISCOTTI APART FROM THE COMPETITION
I enjoy baking biscotti and feel that I have a unique product with unique flavor combinations. Peggy's Homemade Biscotti is run by me---Peggy, with the assistance and support of my family and friends. I take great care in each batch of biscotti and always use fresh ingredients for a quality product. My biscotti comes in several unique flavors that you cannot find anywhere else except from Peggy's Homemade Biscotti.
